It is obtained from the vinification of the white grape "Spergola", an autochthonous vine of the small production area of the Scandiano hills, present in the area since 1400. It is a wine with a strong personality and typicality linked to the soils from which it comes, with intense aromas of flowers and white fruit. It is savory and persistent, with a long and very pleasant aftertaste. Straw yellow in color, it is a fresh and fragrant wine that can accompany all dishes due to its liveliness. Serving temperatures: 6-8°C. Alcohol content 11%
