Aroma of tropical notes, peach honeydew, melon, honeysuckle and fresh spring flowers. Dry, Bright, Light body with nice acidity and a clean crisp finish. Fermented and aged 100% in Stainless Steel. The juice was fermented cold to retain favorable tropical esters. No malolactic fermentation.
