Big Table Farm 'The Wild Bee' Chardonnay - 2012 (750ml)

Barrel fermented in mixed age French oak, producing a medium clear lemon color. On first opening this wine will burst from the glass with aromas of wax, mineral, and white flower.

If consumed within 2 -3 months of release leave it open and enjoy it on day two- you will be rewarded with red apple skin, pear, white flowers, pineapple, passion fruit, lemon candy. Toasty oak, vanilla, white flower. Acidity is medium and will still hold into day three giving honey, walnut skins and mushroom.

You can drink now but likely one more year till this wine gives its all and will age gracefully.
