Winemaker's Notes:

A fresh vintage with a markedly Atlantic profile where a slow harvest and patience played a decisive role in the quality of the ripening. Waiting periods between picks generate nervousness, but determine the difference between a good or excellent vintage. 
Its visual appearance reflects the ripening conditions with pale yellow and slight greenish 
reflections. Intense and fresh aromas – aromatic herb notes of sage and fennel are accompanied by citrus, balsamic, and white fruit. Fresh on the entry with a broad, floral, and fruity mid-palate, showing the salinity of the Cantabrian Sea. The acidity is not devoid of weight and lengthens with gentle bitterness on the finish and subtle brioche impressions from the fine lees.
