Color: Ruby red with violet reflections Aroma: Since it is a blend of varieties from year to year, and its sole purpose is to rediscover aromatic and taste pleasure. This goal imposes on us the only rule of highlighting freshness and a pleasant complexity. Aging in wooden containers harmonizes and completes the bouquet. Palate-soft on the palate, excellent paired with cured meats, first coursed, white and red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
