On the palate, this wine is light to medium in body with the silky texture of Pinot Noir but with a brighter, spicy edge. Bursting with red fruit and warm baking spices—think cinnamon stick and clove—it finishes long, clean, and layered with subtle oak notes and lively acidity.

While drinking beautifully now, it will continue to evolve over the next 3–5 years, gradually revealing deeper notes of forest floor, leather, and wet stone with age.
