Based on Grenache, Carignan, and Syrah, the 2020 Côtes Du Roussillon Villages Compartir is another deep purple-hued release from this château revealing a great nose of both cassis and darker berry-like fruit as well as spice, peppery herbs, chalky mineral, and licorice. This big, rich, heady effort has full-bodied richness, a supple, layered texture, fabulous purity of fruit, and a great finish. Drink bottles over the coming 4-6 years or so.
