Comte Henry D'Assay Pouilly Fume - 2023 (750ml)

Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the flinty, gun-smoke-scented soils of Pouilly Fume, just across the river from Sancerre.  

The aromas are composed of crushed stones, citrus and stone fruit.  In the mouth it is vibrant and crisp, a great match to grilled chicken, white-fleshed seafoods from finfish to shellfish or creamy sauced pasta dishes.
