Demiere Allegory Cuivre Blanc de Noirs Demi-Sec - NV (750ml)

Made from a blend of around 70% Pinot Meunier and 30% Pinot Noir.  About 20% of the wine is older reserve wine.  Dosage of 33 g/l make this a good match rich dishes a foie gras/pate or dried fruits, figs, quince paste.

Winemaker's note: "A generous champagne, with a pronounced dosage, for gourmet palates" Dry champagne blended mainly with Meunier, the grape variety most represented on in our vineyard. The color is gold and of beautiful intensity with a fine mousse. The nose reveals aromas of ripe and stewed fruit. The palate is rich, velvety and ample.
