Rosé champagne made by a meticulous blend of Meunier and Pinot Noir, black-skinned grapes, but also Chardonnay, white-skinned grapes, ! The salmon colour with coppery pink highlights is obtained by a short maceration of black grape skins. This principle of winemaking also allows to release many aromas of red fruits.
