• On nose

  Opens on a floral note followed by aromas of candied grapefruit peel, hazelnut and spices.

• On palate

  Sleek, intense, lively, racy. Persistent flavours of dried fruit with a precise fine texture.

• The harvest

  After 3 years of spring frosts, the vines finally budded under mild conditions. The early, complete flowering extended from the last days of May in some areas of the Côtes des Blancs to mid-June for the Pinot Meunier vineyards. The hot summer was punctuated by a few isolated hailstorms. The harvest began on September 14th for the Chardonnay grapes and on the 15th for the Pinot Noir. The maturity is superb with musts of remarkable finesse and roundness.
