Domaine Jean Grivot Echezeaux Grand Cru - 2021 (750ml)

92-95 Points, Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy:

An attractive mid crimson. There is a light touch to the nose, not unexpected in Echezeaux. The fruit comes across a softer a little more evolved, more strawberry than raspberry. Some peppery notes behind, so one could have imagined whole bunch. Very nuanced, attractive if slightly less precise. This reminds me of the style of the 2000 vintage. Drink from 2028-2035.
