General characteristics (based on reviews of standard and magnum bottles)

• Color: Deep ruby with slight clearing at the edges, some browning or brick-red hues also noted.
• Nose: Ripe red fruit (cherries, blueberries, plums, red currant, huckleberry), aged tobacco and cedar, earthy notes, leather, spices (cinnamon, pepper), mint/menthol/eucalyptus, cocoa, coffee grounds, and hints of oak/vanilla, according to reviews of both regular and 1.5L bottles.
• Palate: Red fruit flavors (plum, cherry, cassis, dark cherry, blackberry, mulberry), spices, herbs, cocoa, minerals, hint of oak/vanilla, notes of graphite, cracked pepper, caramel and black tea.
• Structure: Medium-full bodied, well-balanced, smooth texture, good concentration, firm underlying structure, fine/dusty tannins, some acidity still present.
• Finish: Lingering and smooth, notes of tobacco and earth, CellarTracker mentions a medium finish.
