FAIR Passionfruit Liqueur (700 ml)

Passion fruit is native to the Amazon region and can be grown from Ica to Piura on the Peruvian coast, as well as in the warm inter-Andean valleys. We first make a passionfruit juice. We then infuse the juice (with pulp) for two weeks in neutral alcohol, and do a slow reduction by adding Fair Trade liquid sugar and demineralised water for a perfect balance.
