Tasting Notes: Flying Start is a wine for any occasion. We produced Flying Start in a style that suits a wide array of foods but most importantly, best shared with friends.
With robust cherry flavors and hints of raspberry, white chocolate and underlying notes of toffee and vanilla. The wine offers balanced acids and smooth tannins for a very enjoyable and approachable glass of wine.

Food Pairing: Hard cheeses, charcuterie, roasted vegetables, gourmet pizzas, pulled pork sandwiches, pasta with fresh pesto, barbequed chicken, grilled meats, and hearty stews.
