Light amber colour and woody aroma with notes of iodine, candied orange, nuts, and toast. On the palate, notes of wood, nuts, and beeswax. Aged in French and American oak barrels using the traditional 'canteiro' process until bottling.
Pairing
Excellent as an aperitif with nuts. For main courses, it pairs well with fish such as salmon, swordfish, tuna and black scabbardfish. It also complements shellfish, sushi and fish mousses.
