La Medida Tobala Mezcal Joven is a young mezcal distilled within two months of distillation, resulting in a clear appearance similar to vodka or gin. It is made from high-elevation grown Tobala agave, harvested at 1,900 meters above sea level, and is crafted using traditional artisanal methods, including fermentation in wooden barrels and double distillation in copper pot stills.
