La Rivolta Falanghina I Vigneti del Bruma - 2024 (750ml)

Made from 100% organically farmed Falanghina, the most widely planted white grape in Campania.  The grape traces its history to Greece, with the name from the Greek "falango" or "pole", as the Greeks imported  the vine in southern Italy tied to the wooden pole. Together 
with Aglianico it is the most widespread grape variety in Sannio and Campania. 

Taste / olfactory sensations: notes of peach, yellow pulp, floral. Distinctly fresh and savory wine with citrus notes 
Food matches: grilled fish, seafood, medium-aged cheeses, legumes in soup.
