The wine opens with notes of violets, jammy strawberries, and kirsch in the aroma. On the palate, it is even more impressive. It is fresh, pure, lively, and layered with spices that complement the waves of dark cherries, black raspberries, and cherries. The concentrated finish lingers, with a refreshing hint of mint on the backend that kicks in just as you think it's over. The wine is a blend of 80% Grenache, 6% Syrah, 4% Mourvèdre, and various other AOC-approved grape varieties. 14.8% ABV. Drink from 2027-2042.
