From the snowy mountains comes this sake designed to drink with anything. The nose is bright and herbal, the palate robust, savory, transiting to lengthy and dry. The whopping 1.7 amino presents as sweet umami.

The brewery strives for lighthearted, easy drinking sake which is still robust enough for preserved mountain foods.
