Created in Donegal from a blend of 70% column distilled Corn Whiskey and the remaining all malt made up of 15% double distilled/bourbon barrel ages, 13% triple distilled/sherry cask aged, and 2% peated, triple distilled/sherry cask aged.

NOSE: Fresh with gentle malt, green apple opens up to a more honeyed butteryness

TASTE: Super soft, warm sweet honeyed ginger bread, hints of orange zest, brioche and butterscotch

FINISH: Warming elegant finish with the slightest hint of peat
