Bourbon is crafted from a wheated mashbill that replaces the traditional rye with wheat for a softer flavor profile. The mashbill break down is 64 percent corn, 24 percent wheat and 12 percent malted barley, making it one of the highest ratios of wheat used in a Bourbon made in Kentucky. The result is a long, sweet finish of oak spices, toffee and dark fruits.
