The 2021 Syrah Estate is a blend from the two main sections of the vineyard, the lower and upper blocks. Dark-toned fruit, lavender, mint, spice and black pepper all grace this nuanced, wonderfully understated Syrah. All the fruit is destemmed, which helps push the fruit forward.
