Genot-Boulanger Mercurey 1er Cru Saumonts - 2020 (750ml)

This 1er Cru abutts Les Puillets but exposed a little more to the south. There is white marl topsoil on a very steep slope below the hilltop (sous mont), and the bowl shape of the vineyard allows for ideal ripening, though the eastern part is hidden by the hill from the morning sun.
