Light yellow green colour with silver reflections. Fine herbal savouriness, delicate notes of Golden Delicious apples, a touch of orange zest, subtle hints of cardamom and quince. Juicy, elegant, fine acidity, mineral and salty, a bit of apple, some blossom honey, savoury finish, already approachable.
