Les Fossiles Bourgogne Chardonnay - 2023 (750ml)

100% Chardonnay: Purity of fruit without the influence of oak.

The cellars are very cool and no oak is used in the fermentation or aging, therefore there is no malolactic fermentation.

This wine is bright with white floral aromas and yellow fruit. On the palate, notes of green apple and citrus fruit enhance the pure Chardonnay varietal character. Balanced acidity leads to a lingering dry finish that will pair perfectly with seafood, shellfish, and poultry dishes.
