Montes Cherub Rose SOMLYAY - 2025 (750ml)

Montes Cherub from Montes Wines is a Rosé wine predominantly made from Syrah, featuring a delicate pale pink color, crystal-clear. Dry, seductive, and elegant, it is smooth with a fresh acidity. It is born in our `El Arcángel` vineyard, located in the Marchigüe Valley of Colchagua.

Delicious fresh red fruit aromas such as raspberries, strawberries, and pomegranate predominate on the surprisingly intense nose, along with subtle notes of tropical fruit recalling pineapple and mango that lend a cheerful character, all rounded out with a delicate floral touch, resulting in a charming aromatic profile for our Cherub. The palate is smooth and medium bodied with refreshing acidity and a very pleasing lush and creamy finish.
